Due to the time required for packages, we may require payment in full when booking. If you should need to cancel you will receive a full refund if 48 hours notice is given and a 50% refund is given for 24 hours notice.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check (with i.d.), Studio 33 Gift Cards and Cash. We are not able to put gratuities on credit or debit cards.
Complimentary parking is located in the lot on the North side of our building. Enter the building through the doors just off the parking lot.
If the lot should be full, there is metered parking on Grant and Gay Streets.
We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Packages require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
We ask that you consider our relaxing environment. No cell phone use during treatments and keep all devices on silent or vibrate at all times.
Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service to the remaining time.
Often a visit to the salon and spa is a place for our clients to escape the everyday routine of life. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from bringing your children with you unless they have an appointment.
